V7.0 CDs no DVD?

I'm sitting here with the 5722-WDS Websphere Development Studio Client for System i V7.0 diskset right in front of me and for the life of me do not see a DVD in here.

Contents are: Quick Start, CDs #1-9, Optional Software (CODE/Visual Age), HATS, App Srv V 6.1 Rational Auxiliary CD, and Rational Agent Controller)

This is my 2nd day trying to install this ... yesterday I couldn't get past disk#3 without errors ... today, got to disk#6 and fails ...

Is there suppose to be a DVD in this pack?!? What are my options?!? Why can't I get this installed?!?
