I am going to echo what Larry says. Webfacing and HATS (now all bundled together in WDHT) apparently was a "happening" technology 2 or three years ago because that is when most of the documentation was written. There is really nothing new out there. I have talked to IBM countless times in person and by email imploring them to update the documentation. I even offered to participate in a Redbook residency to update the documentation if they ever offered one. To no avail.

WDHT is a fine but very deep product and IBM has left it woefully undocumented....to Joe Pluta's glee, no doubt ;-)

If you can also add WDHT (HATS) to the search that would be great as
well.

Subject: [WDSCI-L] Poll - Best resource for Webfacing

In search of the best, most recent document on Webfacing, I'm polling
the group to see what's best.

Q. Specifically for Webfacing, what is the most current document/book available that would speed the learning curve for a group of developers?

I've pulled up a number of redbooks and most are targeting WF 5.0 and it

appears they are behind the product by quite a bit. Is Mr. Pluta's book

the best place to go?

Thanks,
