Thanks Joe .... Mr. is out of respect for the load of work you've done in
this arena.

I appreciate the kind words, Royce. But the folks from IBM are the ones who
really deserve the respect. Although I have to admit I have a very bad
feeling -- I haven't seen a post from an IBMer on this list since Violaine's
goodbye nearly a week ago. Might IBM have shut down their participation in
this list? That's a scary thought.
