I simply installed the defaults for 7.0. By default I believe EVERYTHING
gets installed except previous versions of WAS.
You're not running FAT or FAT32 on your computer are you ? :-)
I don't even know how to check that post HD formatting. I didn't setup the
PC from scratch, I have people to do that for me ;-)
I simply deleted all the WDSC 6.0 files from the directory and it didn't
cause any problems.
I might get more brave after I get done with some traveling coming up. I
need my laptop to be in working order for the next couple months :-)
BTW, Richard, I know you have been doing a lot of .NET and I just recently
starting doing some. It might be that I am still getting used to how the
IDE's on the .NET side work, but it seems that Java IDE's (eclipse
specifically) are more powerful and comprehensive. Just wondered if you had
any thoughts on that?

Aaron,
Your WDSC 7.0 install took 13gb ? What all did you install ? Even when I
selected all options mine was just over 5gb.
You're not running FAT or FAT32 on your computer are you ? :-)
WDSC 6.0 Removal Tip: I simply deleted all the WDSC 6.0 files from the
directory and it didn't cause any problems. Might want to back up your hard
drive first unless you're brave, but with Eclipse it shouldn't cause any
issues since Eclipse is always relative path based anyway.
