Nope - hasn't been covered.
yes - the menu items for CODE will be there in v7.0 (so long as you have
CODE installed).

I meant that there is no keystroke (like Ctrl+Shift+A) to quickly open a
member in CODE Editor, or CODE Designer.

no - there is no way to easily launch CODE tools from RSE.
