Seeing an outline while in Debug -- WDSCI-L

Hello.  When the debug perspective launches, it opens it's own version of the 
program being debugged.  I don't see an outline of this program while in the 
debug source.  Is there a way to get this or is the RSE view of the source I 
have open attached to the debug as well?
