Re: Compile Menu bar option not available

When I said that I start the editor with the source files that were open in the previous editor session, this is after an IPL and the editor is being opened for the first time after the IPL with the same source members open as the last time it was closed prior to the last shutdown. So the communications should be connected. The source member I was originally having problems had just been changed and saved to the iSeries, so communications were active, but no Compile menu option.
Thanks for your other suggestions, they will allow me to bypass the problem in the future.

communications (talking to the iSeries) so it can't compile unless you are
connected to the iSeries.  Usually clicking on the remote systems view is
enough to reconnect and the compile option will show again.
