Re: When is SEU going away?

If IBM has any marketing smarts left at all, they should never consider
getting rid of PDM/SEU. They not make any upgrades to it so the cost to
carry it should be minimal and by continuing it they won't offend us ancient
fathers. 

That said, IBM will probably announce that they are dropping it tomorrow.

Thanks Violaine.  I hadn't even tried that.  I just use a green screen and 
alt-tab to it whenever I need to run something interactive.  But I'm no 
WDSc guru either.  I still haven't tried debug or compile on WDSc....

Hey Dennis,

While you can't run interactive commands directly from WDSC (only whithin
STRRSESVR), you can access jobs via the jobs subsystem.
