New Fields not showing in outline

When this happens I clear the file cache's. under window - preferences -

Remote Systems. There is one listed there, and further in under the
iSeies

I tried the clear and still get the same 3 fields not showing up in the
outline but do show up in the program.  I haven't tried to run debug on
it so I don't know what those results will be.  It is a little
disconcerting because I now wonder what else is missing.  I just added
those three new fields so I knew what to look for.
