Your idea worked, I right clicked on my vb document, and selected open 
with/system editor, and it brought up visual studio, which I use to edit 
vb documents.

I can open a Microsoft Word document in the IFS within WDSC (full Word 
tool
bars and everything).  When I try to do document Form1.cs (C#.NET) it 
fails
with "OLE Error Opening".

To open Word documents right click on the doc and select Open With->In 
Place
Editor.

I was hoping there was a way to cause visual studio to come up based on
