Problem with plug-in -- WDSCI-L

I am trying to use the Surveyor plug-in from Linoma.  It appears to install
fine.  I see the plug-in folder in the Program
Files\IBM\Rational\SDP\6.0\eclipse\plugins folder.  But, I don't see the
plug-in in WDSc or see it listed in the Plug-in Details list from About.

I have been working with the Linoma tech staff.  This problem has them
baffled so far.  I was wondering if anybody has any ideas on what may be
causing the problem or how to fix it?

I am running 6.0.1 with fix pack 2.
