Help!  A programmer here wanted to install WDSc.  He started the load from
DVD and then hit cancel during the install.  Today he wanted to restart the
install and now it tells him he needs to install the Rational Updater.  I
told him to uninstall the program and the add/remove programs show that he
doesn't even have WDSc installed.

Any ideas on what he needs to remove to let him start the install again?
