Hmm, I bet you launched CODE from the start menu, rather than from WDSC. As I recall, to use CODE as a seperate product, you have to setup the CODE daemon with the connection information for your iSeries... I have not launched CODE to edit source since WDSC was released. I would recommend that you avoid using CODE and start using WDSC (RSE and LPEX). The only part of CODE that I use these days is the Designer component, and I always launch from WDSC, so that I don't have to manage the CODE Daemon configurations. In the near future, IBM will have a Screen Designer plugin for WDSCi, allowing us to eliminate the CODE tools.
