Violaine, On the compare source feature, it would also be nice for it to remember the last value used (instead of having to drill in numerous levels.) Maybe the tree can open to the proper spot? There does not seem to be a dialog to fill in the target compare member; drilling seems to be mandatory, which is really clumsy. Thank you. -mark Original Message: ----------------- From: Violaine Batthish batthish@xxxxxxxxxx Date: Wed, 16 Aug 2006 10:57:23 -0400 To: wdsci-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: [WDSCI-L] Enhancement Requests Hey Sean, Do you mean the dialog when you press Ctrl+Shift+A from the RSE tree? If so, I was probably thinking that instead of have a preference to set the default, it would "remember" what you chose last time. Would that work for you? thanks, Violaine Batthish WebSphere Development Studio Client, IBM Toronto Lab Sean Porterfield <sporter@bestdist .com> To Sent by: Websphere Development Studio Client wdsci-l-bounces@m for iSeries <wdsci-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx> idrange.com cc Subject 08/10/06 09:53 PM Re: [WDSCI-L] Enhancement Requests Please respond to Websphere Development Studio Client for iSeries <wdsci-l@midrange .com> Bruce Guetzkow wrote:

I will say that the open dialog (I forget what it really is now; I mapped it to Ctrl-O) does just that. It's really, really handy. We used to have 56 sources files in each library and have now consolidated to the standard QCLSRC, QRPGSRC, etc., so it's really easy now to grab most anything in just a few clicks. Now, if I could just get the default to be Browse instead of Edit! -------------------------------------------------------------------- mail2web - Check your email from the web at http://mail2web.com/ .
