Is there a setting in the editor to say "after pressing enter on a
prompted statement, go to next line"?

I don't use the prompter often, but sometimes it's a big help. This is
especially true when importing / copying code from other sources. I tend
to expand the variable names in the D specs to be more descriptive. Making
the change, pressing enter and having the prompter go to the next line
(similar to what SEU does), makes more sense to me than staying on the same
line.
