Hi Suzanne,

You don't mention which version and service level of the product you are
running.
Did you have any errors in your .log file?
If you could mail me (offline) your .log file and the DDS member which
caused the problem, I will try to take a look.

The next time this occurs, I would recommend getting a copy of both the
files I mentioned above, and submitting them to official IBM support via
PMR.
