I consistently get this error:

 

Unable to retrieve remote reference
"http://www3.software.ibm.com/ibmdl/pub/software/rationalsdp/rwd/60/update/f
eatures/updater.csdev.dummyfeatures.601101_1.0.0/update.properties".
[Connection reset]

 

This is while downloading IBM Rational Web Developer Interim Fix 001, but
after about 30 minutes of downloading have already successfully taken place.

 

If I paste the URL into a browser I also hangs.

 

Any thoughts?
