You have to look at the small print at the bottom of the CD label.  It should 
be toward the end of the bundle (right before HATS).  Look for:

I know installing VARPG is going to be initiated by a separate disc from
the normal install, but could someone tell me the title on the disc?
If it's VARPG or Code on the disc, I don't seem to have it in my packet.
Do I need to request it?
