did a "Search for new features to install", the new version showed up.

Another possibility is that if you open the Preferences and go to 
Install/Update, there is a preference that says whether to show only 
service updates (6.0.x to 6.0.y) or service and minor updates (6.x to 
6.y).  I had some colleagues try this and they all saw the updates and I 
assumed they would have never changed that preference.
