I would love it if you could simply turn on expand/collapse sub procedures in the settings, and then each member you went into would already have that done (i.e. plus/minus capability). Or maybe a more efficient way of saying it - make it exactly similar to the Java editor functionality:-) Aaron Bartell http://mowyourlawn.com -----Original Message----- From: wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Peter.Colpaert@xxxxxxxxx Sent: Monday, June 19, 2006 12:42 AM To: Websphere Development Studio Client for iSeries Subject: Re: [WDSCI-L] Filtering selections Jon, as far as I know, the "filter selection" function will only filter on a line level, not an operation level. But your does make me want to shout "Violaine, is there any more room on your list?" Best regards, Peter Colpaert Application Developer PLI - IT - Kontich, Belgium ----- Yoda of Borg are we. For example if I have something like this: myField = lotsOfNewData + %Trim(otherStuff) + theLastBit; And filter on lotsOfNewData, I don't see the last part of the statement without expanding that part of the view - which is less that helpful as it may be hundreds of lines. Any way round this? Jon Paris Partner400 www.Partner400.com
