 How about the usual Windows default to have the "X" in the upper right

Nazmin,

Can you give us a shortcut key for this action or is this "Close View" a
named action that we can attach to a user key action?  I do find it annoying
to have to reach for the mouse.

Also, it would be nice to have the option to default the Open View to
horizontal instead of always vertical.
