Enhancements for compile commands

First:
For compiling programs we created 1 command. This command needs the
sourcetype attribute for building the necessary parameters (this includes
target-files en libraries). Unfortunately own-build compile-command don't
allow de sourcetype as a 'insert variable'.

Second:
When I add a new compile-command for a specific sourcetype (in this case
QDESIGN and others for Powerhouse programs) the button for compilation
doesn't appear in the toolbar, is there a setting involved or is it design?

Can these be added as requests on the list of feedback?
