Rick,
In preferences, under Workbench > File Associations, click on *.dspf if it
exists in the list (otherwise add it) and in the Associated editors list,
click Add..., then choose External Programs option. You can add CODE
Designer from there (I think you'll have to use the Browse button to select
the editor exe).

Rick,
The iSeries Projects will show you all registered editors in Eclipse (like
all other Eclipse projects). Since 6.0 (when CODE became optional), the
CODE tools are not registered by WDSC in Eclipse as editors. So, they do
not show up automatically but you can register them yourself in the
preferences.
In RSE, we have code to detect CODE installs and we add the menu items
ourselves.
Hope this helps,
Eric

Thanks. Code Designer is installed. If I am in RSE Perspective and right
click on a dspf in table view or a filter, I get Code Designer as a choice.
This problem is isolated to the Project Navigator pane of the iSeries
Project Perspective.

Rick,
Seems like Code Designer is not installed. It is a separate CD along with
VARPG and Code - 400.
