Rob and Vincent, We are aware of this problem. PMR 88233,500,000 was opened to track it. Rob, this was reported by Group Dekko Services, so perhaps it was reported already by someone else from your organization? Thanks for letting us know. I had to delete the connection and re-add it. I no longer store the password in WDSC. I only let it store the userid. PITA but works until they get this resolved. My friend, I apologize for not opening a PMR to perhaps spare you the pain. When I tried to go into WDSC {Version: 6.0.1 Build id: 20050725_1800}, it gave me an "Invalid Password" error, without any option of providing a new one. Before I applied the latest patch, WDSC gave me the option to enter in a new password. I looked around & could not find an obvious place to change the password. I finally found it in "Windows - Preferences - Remote Systems - Passwords" & changed the password there. I still received an "Invalid Password" error. I deleted the entry & tried again. WDSC gave me a login with the save password option. This time when I logged in it gave me an error that my ID was disabled. This message is for IBM to look at & to those who may come up with the same "feature". \Vincent -- This is the Websphere Development Studio Client for iSeries (WDSCI-L) mailing list To post a message email: WDSCI-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/wdsci-l or email: WDSCI-L-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/wdsci-l. -- This is the Websphere Development Studio Client for iSeries (WDSCI-L) mailing list To post a message email: WDSCI-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/wdsci-l or email: WDSCI-L-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/wdsci-l.
