Bruce, I did just that: enable the snippets view. Then you can copy and paste source (the "add to snippets" option is greyed out when you right-click) from the editor into the snippets view. If you do that, you can edit the snippet you just added (clean it up, add variable placeholders, give it a nice name, etc) Alternatively, you can just right-click in the snippets view en choose "customize". To insert a snippet in your source, just double-click its name, fill in the variables (if any), and Bob's your uncle (is this expression correct?). Peter: <snip> Is there any way to enable the snippets view in WDSCi Lite, when developing RPGLE? </snip> How did you enable Snippets for use with RPGLE in the full version of WDSc? I'm at V6.0.1 (Build id: 20050725_1800) and can open the Snippets view, but can't seem to figure out how to use it with RPGLE. Any assistance you can provide is appreciated. --Bruce
