Limited TurnOver perspective in WDSC Lite?

Hi group,

I have installed the TurnOver plugin in my WDSCi, and noticed that the 
perspective in the Lite version (even after a re-install of the plugin and 
a refresh of Lite) doesn't give me as many choices as in the full version 
of WDSCi.

More specifically, "Administration" and "Applications" are missing.  I was 
given TurnOver training yesterday, and wanted to do some messing about, 
but I have to switch to the full version to make changes.

Is there any additional install or refresh I need to do to enable these 
functions in the Lite version?
