Cool! I found there is a preference under "LPEX Editor", not under "Remote Systems", where you say whether to see the prefix area. But this is overridden for anything opened from the Remote Systems Explorer. The only way to hide the prefix area is to use the "set" command. I have not found a way to change it with a user key action. -------------- Original message -------------- From: "Beeson, Terry" <Terry.Beeson@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> > Works great. > > Thanks very much! > > -----Original Message----- > From: wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:wdsci-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx] > On Behalf Of Vernon Hamberg > Sent: 08 March 2006 13:39 > To: Websphere Development Studio Client for iSeries > Subject: Re: [WDSCI-L] Removing line numbers from editor view > > In the command area below the edit window, type > > set prefixArea off > > and to get it back > > set prefixArea on > > I don't know if this can be set in Preferences.
