Can't delete messages when Softlanding's RSE Plugins is monitoring

Has anybody else had a problem trying to delete a message through
Softlanding's RSE Extension's plugin when you have the message plugin
set to monitor for messages and pop-up a dialog box without deleting the
message?

I used to have the monitoring configure to delete the message, but I
often clicked ok before I really read the message <grin>, so I changed
it to not delete the message so I could go back and look at it again.

That's fine, but when I try to delete the message from WDSC, I get an
error saying that

Seems as if the monitoring code is getting an exclusive lock on the MSGQ
when it really doesn't need to.
