Installing on WDSC on a server -- WDSCI-L

Someone here is trying to install WDSC on a server running Windows
Server 2003. After the installation is finished the person isn't able to
run WDSC. All of the CODE software installs and is executable, but the
eclipse software does not execute. Can anyone offer some suggestions as
to where I can begin trouble shooting?
