I misread your earlier mention of drive letters.  We have had a problem here 
with WDSc not installed on the c drive.  I think it has something to do with 
the administration privileges but I can't be sure.  Quantum wasn't installed on 
that system so maybe it doesn't relate to your situation.

Not at all insulting.  Something different is definitely happening and I
appreciate anything you guys suggest.  That's why, even though I already
thought of them, I retry your suggestions on the off chance I did something
wrong the first time. 

I see 4 com.quantum... folders in each of the eclipse plug-in and features
folders, but no double plug-in or features folders.  I unzipped into the
eclipse folder and it looks like they found their way into the correct sub
folders.

The only thing I keep coming back to is the fact that I am installed to D
instead of C drive.
