This is only relevent in the Project Explorer view (which looks to be a
merger between the J2EE Explorer and Project Navigator from WDSC 5.1.2).
When I tested the Package Explorer and Navigator views, they behaved
like you were expecting.

Don, did you see this?  Is there a reason why we can't run servlets that
aren't specifically defined to the Deployment Descriptor?
