Hi Robin,

The XML perspective doesn't exist any longer however all the tools and 
editors are still there.  Typically you are using XML in some other 
context like a Java, Web or RPG / COBOL application as opposed to just 
doing "XML work".  So you would use the XML tools from one of the other 
more appropriate perspectives.  If you are just looking for an basic 
perspective to work with XML then you could use the resource perspective

Also remember that you can customize any perspective to add the XML 
shortcuts on popup menus via the Window > Customize Perspective... action.

Marks comment about the capabilities is also a very good one to keep in 
mind for the future if you think other things are missing (but in this 
case it is actually gone!)
