Error installing RWD 6.0.1 update? -- WDSCI-L

Has anyone encountered the following error updating from RWD 6.0.0.1 to
6.0.1 and the 6.0.0.2 WDSCi updates?  I have the updated to the Rational
Product Updater 6.0.1 loader (required).
 
"Canceling due to error ... " message box ... and end install process. 
 
Attempted install was local after downloading the zip'd RWD 6.0.1 and
changing updated sites to local location.
 
Thanks in advance for any thoughts and assistance.
