Refresh after user action in RSE 6.0 -- WDSCI-L

I'm doing a user action to change the library list.   I have "refresh 
after" checked on the user action setup screen, but the library list does 
not refresh.  It does get set, as when I refresh manually, my new library 
list is there.  This was converted from 5.1.2.4, and it was working in 
then.

Any suggestions?

I'm using Version: 6.0.0.1
