You might have cut just a wee bit too much out.  I had deleted the message 
until I remembered you were responding to me.  :-)

What version of WDSC are you running?  If I do the Help, About I see 
5.1.2.5.  What do you see?

Sorry to hear the free plug in for spool file viewing by Softlanding is 
giving you an error.  If you do a WRKOBJLCK YourUserProfile *USRPRF do you 
see any QZRCSRVS jobs?  Is there something in that joblog that sounds like 
a clue?  Mark Phippard of Softlanding is pretty active on this list. Don't 
know if the remark "If you encounter problems with this process, please 
email info 'at' softlanding.com for assistance." was applicable to the 
download or the actual use of the tool.
