WML device similator -- WDSCI-L

Does anyone know if there is a WML device simulator in IBM RAD?  I am
putting together some simple apps but would rather not have to deploy it to
a server on the internet just so I can test it from my blackberry.

I just wanted to make sure I didn't miss it somewhere in the mass of buttons
and menus.
