If you are talking about just needing the Java side then 6.0 is readily
available.  At least I know the trial version is, which is what I am using
right now.

It will be interesting to see if IBM continues to put everything (Java
features, XML features, etc) into future versions of WDSc at no additional
charge with a software subscription.
