RE: WDSC silent installation

I think we had the same problem with the communications demon and
windows rights. Communications Demon wants to edit the "hosts" file but
with the default rights here we would get an error. Fixed the problem by
asking administrator for local-admin on the PC. But I think if you had
Power-user rights you could also fix the problem.

hi all,


I have now a script to perform a silent install of WDSC (installation of
wssd with setup -silent command then install of WDSC with setupwdss
-silent command ) but i have a remaining little problem:

I have a problem of rights when I lauch the Communication Demon. Do
someone know what are the minimum rights that must be given to users who
want to use WDSC and to have everything working well ?
