Rob, I've run into that before. I'd always have to try to find the joblog for the compile job to see that. Sometimes compiling on WDSC, especially SQLRPG, can be a pain. It turns out to be a program ownership issue. Ideally, (and I am working on it), we would get Turnover to support our DMZ i5 also. After all, it's just a lpar in a machine that already has production code propagated to it via turnover to another lpar. That's the ideal solution. However, still doesn't tell me why WDSC shouldn't be able to tell me what the issue was.
