How does one copy and paste from that? Because I sure can't get it to
work!

Basically it says "Display the job log (using the DSPJOBLOG command) to
determine why the program could not be created"

If I do a WRKOBJLCK ROB *USRPRF I see several jobs. Among them are:
Job User
QRWTSRVR QUSER
QZDASOINIT QUSER
QZRCSRVS QUSER
...
The last one shown says:
Client request - run command 'CRTSQLRPGI '.
Member FTPLOGON added to file QSQLTEMP1 in QTEMP.
Ownership of object QRNFER in QTEMP type *USRSPC changed.
Ownership of object FTPLOGON in QTEMP type *MODULE changed.
Ownership of object FTPLOGON in GDWEB type PGM changed.
Owner of object FTPLOGON and object being replaced not the same.
Not able to insert program FTPLOGON into library GDWEB.
Program FTPLOGON in library GDWEB not created.
Compilation failed. Program FTPLOGON not created in library GDWEB.
