There is a view called iSeries Commands Log. It have a command line with different processing options. Chose normal unless the command you are running requires interactive capabilities. There will be a tab for each system that you are currently connected to as well. You have to connect first before the system will show on a tab. And by connect, I mean open one of the default filters or one of your own do something that causes resources to be used on the server. I usually perform one the default iSeries Commands commands like Change current library on my production server just to make the connection.
