RE: Can't change proxy host address

Late this afternoon the other coworker who also couldn't use the update
facility seemed to get it working. Something to do with downloading the
latest Sun JVM from what I understand. If I get time I'll try to replicate
his success tomorrow. I'll also try this browser link.
