Just curious, do you keep the library list entry under iSeries objects expanded while you work? I keep it minimized, even if RSE expands it after a change. Thinking about Phil's suggestion of keeping everything closed, maybe that's the difference. One think I have noticed about WDSc is that it seems to operate differently on different machines. We have around 8 developers using it here and I can't guarantee that it will work exactly the same on every system.
