Scott, You might try this instead. Window -> preferences -> Workbench and check 'Refresh workspace on startup'. I add libraries to my library list frequently for testing/compile purposes and the next day the library list starts with the list from my start up job. I don't know how the speed will compare. WDSc loads when I boot and I usually walk away during boot-up and when I come back everything is loaded.
