Ctrl-M to match If/End in LPEX not ignoring commented out lines

If I hit Ctrl-M to match the If for the End on the line flagged N0410C, it
marks up to the deleted line tagged 770d.  Ctrl-M on the IF Realone line
marks down to the end with the comment "spurious".
