Yes. Go to Window > Preferences > LPEX Editor > User Key Actions. Type 'enter' into the Key textbox (without the quotes). Type 'splitLine' into the Action textbox (without the quotes). Click the Set button in the upper right. Click the Apply button in the lower right. Click OK to close the view and return to the Editor.
