If there's a problem with WDSC (and that will include the underlying pieces), this list is not necessarily the best place to get support - you should use the appropriate channels to get IBM support, assuming you have the support contract in place at your company. Almost everyone does, and this has worked very well for me. Bringing up problems with the CL prompter, e.g., in this list would not have been so helpful as making the call (or submitting the problem on the 'Net, which I really like doing). Unless someone from Toronto happened to notice it.

Maybe what is needed is less a change in how IBM supports the WDSCi-Eclipse
combination than an explicit and easily located clarification of IBM's
support given that half of the combination is open source. That is, maybe
it's a marketing issue more than a technical issue.  But it would still be
nice to have the clarification from IBM itself.
