RE: [WDSCI-L] Removing a plug-in

Why is this an either-or? Make the editor better AND allow users to
uninstall plug-ins. After all, IBM is supposed to be handling the editor,
and Eclipse handling the plug-ins. It should be different sets of
developers, right?
