Could you check one thing?  When you Verify Connection (right click on
iSeries Objects and select Verify Connection) does it show you have all
PTFs?

I hope ibm can get this problem fix.  Folks are not going to like it if I
continue to compile program interactively.
I wonder if it got something to do with the MSGQ is set as *WRKSTN.

Try changing your compiles to interactive.  That is what I have had to
do (at least in 5.0.1.2 I did) to make it work.
