A question about WebSphere and servers and applications and JVMs. In
fact, I don't know if this is the right place, but if you use WDSC you
are probably using WAS, so I'll start here.

Let's say I've got a WebSphere Express server running. That server has
two applications deployed to it, AppA and AppB. Each has their very own
/WEB-INF/lib, so they have to have different classloaders at the very
least. Do they have different JVMs? When I stop AppA, does that end
its JVM? When I then restart AppA, does that start a new JVM? This is
all WITHOUT stopping the server itself.

Does anyone see what I am getting at?

Joe
